When an individual dies with a will, the original will must be admitted to probate with the Register of Wills Office in the county in which the individual resided. The will dictates who the estate beneficiaries will be, what share they will receive, as well as who is to be appointed the Executor/Executrix.
You will need an experienced attorney to review the original document to make sure it meets all the necessary requirements to be accepted into probate. We are here to help guide you through this initial process of estate administration.
